Berekum Chelsea beats Elmina Sharks 2-1 at home
Captain of Berekum Chelsea, Stephen Amankonah scored the opening goal of the game in the third minute to give the home side the lead. The two sides created a lot of chances but could not covert them into goals as the first half ended with Chelsea leading the tie by a lone goal. Elmina Sharks made several attempts at goal but were denied by the Berekum Chelsea goalkeeper. Abdul Basit scored the second goal for Berekum Chelsea in the 61st minute from the spot kick.

Bechem head coach Kasim Ocansey Mingle made three alterations to the squad that beat Berekum Chelsea 2-0 at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park last weekend. Sarfo later got the chance to play for the Black Stars in 2017, after scoring many goals for Dansoman-based Liberty Professionals in the Ghana Premier League. On GTV Sports+'s The File show, presented by Benjamin Willie Graham, the defender detailed how he was introduced to the Ghana FA management. Samuel Sarfo, who presently plays for Al-Khaleej in Saudi Arabia, has been capped twice by Ghana's Black Stars.

The Black Stars midfielder spent the last two seasons in Turkey, playing for Yeni Malatyaspor, but the two parties opted to stop the association after his contract expired. With the 2021/2022 season set to start in a few months, the 29-year-old has now found a new home in Saudi Arabia where he will be expected to use his experience to help his new team. CAF releases 2021/22 season Interclub information and dates
The 12 highest ranked national associations, according to the ranking of CAF, will be allowed to engage two clubs in the TotalEnergies CAF Champions league 2021/22 and the TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup 2021/22. Hearts want the FA to declare Great Olympics' Joshua Rhule ineligible. James Essilfie, the Chief Executive Officer of Medeama Sporting Club has expressed disquiet over the delay by the Ghana Football Association in hearing the petition filed by Accra Hearts of Oak against regional rivals, Accra Great Olympics.
